fantastic stay near the airport

i had a really good time here. the proximity to the airport is a huge plus. the free airport shuttle runs very frequently. it made getting to my early morning flight so much easier. i also found the lobby chandeliers quite glamorous for a brief stay.
the gym equipment could use a little updating.

my room included lemon water at reception, a very welcome touch. the room was large and very clean too. it provided ample space for luggage and relaxation after a long day of travel.

The gym was closed. I'd hoped to work off some travel stress there, it was quite inconvenient. the room service menu was pretty limited, mostly offering standard fare. I found the lack of variety a bit disappointing. Especially after a long day.

Check-in had minimal wait time , and the staff was friendly and helpful. The shuttle service to and from the airport was both regular and quick. The rooms are well maintained and offer complete amenities. The front desk staff provided a very cute experience.

There was almost no wait. check-in and check-out were easy and fast. the airport shuttle had very little wait time going both ways. the hotel's proximity to the airport meant short trips, even with traffic.
Housekeeping opened my room door early in the morning after knocking. That startled me. it would improve the guest experience if staff waited longer before entering rooms to prevent disturbing guests. this incident.

the airport shuttle was prompt and convenient. My room was a traditional room. It included complimentary water and coffee.
the entry door to the rooms was lightweight. noise from hallways was easily heard through the door. i found some usb ports located on the furniture were broken.

I really liked how close this place is to the airport. A free airport shuttle goes back and forth all day long! My room was very clean, it makes me happy.
The fitness center was a little small for me. It only had a few treadmills, and the weight machines seemed kinda old. The bar staff wasn't the friendliest. They seems stressed.
